BLACK NITRILE SHEET RUBBER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Premlene Nitrile sheet rubber is an economic material known for having superior resistance to oils, solvents, gasoline and other aliphatic hydrocarbon oils/fuels. The higher the acrylonitrile (ACN) content, the higher the oil resistance, but the poorer the low temperature flexibility. It can generally be used down to around -30/-40 degree F, but special grades can operate at lower temperatures. Best recommended for applications where rubber is in contact with oils and solvents.
TYPICAL NITRILE SHEET RUBBER DIMENSIONS
- Available in 50, 60, 70 duro in black.
- Lengths of 25, 50 or 100 feet long.
- Thicknesses between 1/32 and 2 inches.
- Widths between 2 and 72 inches.
- Surface finish is smooth both sides but also available with fabric finish.
- Custom lengths and different durometers also available.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and material test reports are available upon request.
